elias apartment exceeded our expectations during our quick stop in volos. the location was convenient and the apartment had everything we needed, including a washing machine. elias himself was friendly and gave us great recommendations for local restaurants.
Wifi connection was poor.

El hotel está limpio y las instalaciones son buenas. Hay un parking gratuito al lado y también se puede aparcar por solo 2€ al día. La ubicación es genial, en el centro del pueblo y cerca de restaurantes y todo lo que necesitas. Además, está junto al río, lo cual es muy agradable. El desayuno es sorprendentemente abundante y de buena calidad. El personal es muy amable y atento.

The location is great, just a 15-minute walk to attractions and close to the port. the owner, Elias, is very helpful and friendly. the flat has a fantastic balcony with a table and chairs, perfect for enjoying meals or relaxing. the wifi is strong, which is not always guaranteed in Greece. Free street parking is available, and the price is good value for money. the apartment is well-equipped, including a washing machine, and there is an elevator in the building.
We felt really welcomed and had no complaints at all.

I had a great stay at Elias Apartment in Volos. the location was perfect, just two roads behind the Volos Palace Hotel and a short walk from the bus terminal and port. Elias, the owner, was incredibly friendly and helpful, recommending local restaurants and waiting for us despite our delay. the apartment had everything we needed, including a washing machine, and the balcony with a table and chairs was a nice touch. the strong wifi was a pleasant surprise, especially after three weeks in Greece where it isn't always reliable.
Nothing could have been better.

The apartment was well-equipped with everything we needed, and we appreciated the ability to make the room fully dark. Additionally, having an elevator in the building was a convenient feature.

Lack of soundproofing, which can result in noise from the street, neighbors, and water pipes. Shower was difficult to use and enter, and the padded toilet seat was uncomfortable.
